Our website is developed using WordPress software via Mooi Online. Personal data you provide for our services is shared with this party. Mooi Online has access to your data to provide (technical) support but will never use it for any other purpose. Based on our agreement, Mooi Online is required to implement appropriate security measures. Mooi Online uses cookies to collect technical information regarding your use of the software but does not collect or store personal data.
Web Hosting

We use web hosting and email services from Mooi Online. Mooi Online processes personal data on our behalf and does not use it for its own purposes. However, it may collect metadata about the use of its services, which is not personal data. Mooi Online has implemented appropriate technical and organizational measures to prevent data loss and unauthorized use of your personal data. Mooi Online is obligated by our agreement to maintain confidentiality.
Email Services

For regular business email traffic, we use the services of Mooi Online. This provider has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to prevent misuse, loss, and corruption of your and our data. Mooi Online does not have access to our inbox, and we handle all email traffic confidentially.
Purpose of Data Processing

We use your data solely for our services. This means that the purpose of the processing is always directly related to the order you provide. We do not use your data for (targeted) marketing. If you share data with us and we use it to contact you later—other than at your request—we will ask for your explicit consent. We store your data as long as you are our client. This means we retain your client profile until you indicate that you no longer wish to use our services. If you make such a request, we will treat it as a deletion request. We must retain invoices containing your (personal) data for the applicable retention period due to legal administrative obligations. However, our employees will no longer have access to your client profile and documents created in response to your order.
Your Rights
Under Dutch and European law, you have certain rights regarding the personal data processed by us or on our behalf. Below, we explain your rights and how you can exercise them. To prevent abuse, we only send copies of your data to your already known email address. If you wish to receive data at another email address or by mail, we will ask you to verify your identity. We keep a record of completed requests; in the case of deletion requests, we store anonymized data. You have the right to file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority if you believe we are misusing your personal data.
Right to Access
You always have the right to view the data we process about you. You can make a request to our privacy officer. You will receive a response within 30 days. If your request is approved, we will send a copy of all data to your known email address, along with a list of processors who hold this data.
Right to Rectification
You have the right to modify any incorrect or outdated personal data we process about you. You can request this via our privacy officer, and you will receive a response within 30 days. If your request is approved, we will send a confirmation that the data has been adjusted.
Right to Restriction of Processing
You have the right to limit the processing of your data. You can request this via our privacy officer, and you will receive a response within 30 days. If your request is granted, we will send a confirmation that your data will no longer be processed until you lift the restriction.
Right to Data Portability
You have the right to transfer your data to another party. You can request this via our privacy officer, and you will receive a response within 30 days. If your request is granted, we will send a copy of all processed data to your known email address. This may affect our ability to continue providing services.
Right to Object and Other Rights
You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data by Mooi Online. If you object, we will immediately cease processing your data pending review. If your objection is valid, we will provide copies of the data and cease processing permanently. You also have the right to not be subject to automated decision-making or profiling.
